Terms and Conditions Trinity Mechanical
By engaging our services or using this website, you agree to the following terms:

Services All heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and indoor air quality services are performed by licensed technicians in accordance with Ontario Regulation 214/01 (Refrigeration Systems) and the Technical Standards and Safety Act, 2000.

Quotes & Pricing Written quotations are valid for 30 days. Prices do not include HST unless stated. Additional work or unforeseen conditions may result in extra charges, which will be approved by the customer before proceeding.

Payment Payment is due upon completion unless prior credit terms have been approved. We accept cash, e-transfer, debit, Visa, and Mastercard. Overdue accounts are subject to 2% monthly interest (24% annually) and may be referred to collections.

Warranties Parts and equipment carry the manufacturer’s warranty. Labor warranties range from 1–10 years depending on the service (provided at time of invoice). Warranties are void if equipment is misused, altered by others, or if payment is not received in full.

Liability Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, consequential damages, or loss due to power failure, acts of God, or delays beyond our control.

Cancellation & Scheduling Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a $99 diagnostic fee. No-show appointments will be charged the full diagnostic fee.

Privacy We collect and use personal information in accordance with Ontario’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA)
